We’ve developed the following house-rules over the years, to help make sure everything runs like clockwork for your visit.

CANCELLATIONS

We know that things come up and you may need to cancel your appointment. Please give us as much notice as possible so we have time to fill your slot. Under 48 hours notice and you’ll have to pay.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

48 hours (or over) = No charge

Under 24 hours = 50% charge

Cancelling on the day or no-show = 100% charge

If you don’t show up, it has a huge impact on the team and our business. Please let us know if you can’t make an appointment in good time so another client can take that booking.

BLOW-DRY

A blow-dry is not included with colour services and so it will need to be booked with a stylist additionally.

COLOUR TEST

To make sure there is no risk of reaction, you will need a patch test at least 48 hours before your appointment – it should only take a few minutes.
