O&M is a female founded entrepreneurial brand.

We used to say we were a band of rule-breakers, but over time we have come to realise we are not actually breaking the rules, we’ve just been making our own the whole time.

We challenge the artificial norms hair products and the hair industry and we attract like minded people who want to be part of a community that does things differently and believes that anything is possible.

Our mission is to bring the highest performing haircare, styling and clean colour to hairdressers and their clients- that’s the core of the O&M brand.

We would love hairdressers to live healthier lives. We believe that how you care for your hair is a reflection of how you care for yourself. We also understand that hairdressers are professionals and need products that perform at a professional salon level and we are always looking for ways to increase performance whilst keeping with our clean mission.  

We want to elevate hairdressers in through our products and education and our community is in or hearts. Hair professionals all around the world are choosing clean because it’s better for you and better for the environment, and when we choose better we can do better.
