Dear friends and loyal customers,
We are happy to announce we will be reopening on 4th July.
If you had an appointment booked between March and July 2020, you are already on our priority list. You will be contacted by a member of the team to make an appointment.
If you have ongoing appointments already scheduled from 4th July, these will be honoured, although please be aware there may be some changes in times, due to the restrictions.
Please find our ‘new standards’ information, to comply with Government COVID-19 reopening guidance, below. We trust you understand the reasons for our new way of doing things. If you have any additional concerns, please don’t hesitate to email us.

NEW STANDARDS
We’re implementing new ways of doing things to ensure quality service, safety and peace of mind. Please read through the following changes carefully before booking and attending the salon.
SOCIAL DISTANCING:
Working safely
We’re limiting the number of people within the building to ensure we are following social distancing measures.
Touch-less greetings and goodbyes
We will not be hugging at this time (but look forward to when we can).
Limited guests
Please no extra guests, children or animals. Just you.
PERSONAL PROTECTIVE GEAR:
Masks
All the team will be wearing required masks and or visors. We require that you also wear a mask to your appointment, we will have these on arrival for your convenience.
Sanitisation
Please make use of our sanitisation station upon your arrival.
TEMPORARY PRECAUTIONS:
No beverages
We will not be offering guests beverages at this time.
No waiting area
We will ask you to arrive at the time of your appointment and no earlier.
Cashless
We will be cashless, please use contactless, Apple Pay or bank transfer.
MODIFIED SERVICES:
No ritual servicesWe have paused our rituals of renewal and in chair massage at this time.
No fringe trims or guy’s grooming
We are currently suspending our fringe trim and guys grooming services.
